What is East Meets West?

Well, it's an exchange ... sort of. And it’s a workshop weekend ... sort of. EMW is a coming together of the blues dance community to share knowledge about DJing, teaching and organizing ... plus doing some awesome dancing.

What will we be offering?

If you're a blues dancer who's interested in getting a little taste of a lot of up-and-coming isntructors, then here is what the weekend has for you:

• Workshop Weekend – Want some awesome lessons for little cash? We’ve got instructors flying in from across the country to strut their teaching skills. Learn from them for only $20 per day.
• One Awesome Mixer - With DJs from all over the country creating the soundtrack for the weekend, you can use the weekend as an opportunity to find out who’s from where, what they’re teaching, what they’re spinning and how they’re dancing.

Currently all of the slots for Instructor/DJ/Organizer training are full, but we still have registration slots open to the general public. Nowhere else will you be able to experience this many talented blues instructors and DJs from across the country all in one place. So what are you waiting for?
