Early registration ends after the first 100 people register or October 15th. We did sell out last year, so if you want to come to ECBF, please register now! Don't miss out on the best blues event in the country! We don't have specifics about how many of each package are available because we have a new registration system this year to give you additional flexibility when you register. Now if you only want to go to the evening dances, you can buy a pass for that. If you only want to dance at afterhours, you can buy a pass for that. And if you only want to train in the workshops, you can buy a pass for that. And you can buy any combination of the three. If you choose to pay by check your payment is due two weeks after you register. If not recieved by then, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and ask that you re-register at the currently available price. Any payments made at the door will be required to pay the door price. * Please note that since the Saturday dance is only at one location, passholders with access to the Regular dances will only have access to the Saturday dance until midnight. Passholders with access to the Latenight dances will only have access to the Saturday dance after midnight. Housing Information For our guests, we will do our best to make sure that you get matched up with a good fit. Housing will be guaranteed if you register before October 22nd. After that, we'll do our best, but we can't make any guarantees that we will be able to find housing. Housing is only good from Friday Nov 12th through Monday morning the 15th. Housing assignments will go out Nov 8th. In the past, we have assisted people that haven't registered for ECBF in finding housing, however due to the growth of the event, we cannot offer that assistance for people that have not registered. If you would like to come to Seattle, but do not wish to register or need housing beyond the dates of the festival, please post on WhiteHeat.org. T-Shirts and Jackets We are proud to offer ECBF shirts and jackets this year. The design will be forthcoming shortly. Both the shirts and jackets will be top quality American Apparel offerings. Shirts - $15, Track Jackets - $40. The deadline for ordering shirts and jackets will be Oct 29th! CD As you know, Kim Massie and Solomon Douglas are recording a CD together at this year's ECBF. We're offering you a chance to pre-purchase a copy of the CD for $15 with your ECBF registration and we will mail it to you at no additional charge as soon as the CDs are completed. Registration We're still working out the rest of the programming for the registration system. It'll be open at Noon on Wednesday, Pacific Time.
